Content Information is Key for Effective Article Marketing

See original article here

One of the main reasons why article writing has been in demand today is the fact that most people who use the Internet as their main source of reference, need as much references as possible to cite in their individual work, whether this be for school or business research purposes. There have been a lot of sites that contain information that are used by people to aid their work and justifying their claims and conclusions. But a problem persists as of late, and this is identifying if such articles that are composed do really have authentic and valid information that can help support their claims.

StudentGoogle adsense can perhaps be blamed for some, the reason being keyword and SEO optimization. People use specified words that would ideally be looked up for by people on the Internet, but unfortunately, that is all their use is. The content of the entire setup can be subject to questionable or false information. Repetition, something that most acclaimed writers would do is being practiced, with the hope that their work would gain high ratings and numerous page views. Pathetic is perhaps the word that best describes this practice, but unless Google and SEO optimization inserts some validation argument commands in their classification of scripts, people will continue to suffer from possible false content and claims.

The by-line or the resource boxes about the writer is a good way to determine if the content is indeed meant to provide information or simply to promote a certain website. Ideas should remain in focus, and for the people who seek actual valid claims and definitions, the best way is to check out the other search queries as well, and see if there is indeed consistency in the entire article being referred to. Chances are people may be linking to an article that is entirely pointless, and such can be considered a downfall with regards to their credibility in research and also for the writer of the site who is just simply after profit from Google and other SEO paying websites.

Three Reasons to Write Articles and the Fourth Most Important One!

We think that articles are so important to your internet marketing strategy, that we also tell you the secret of getting your articles read, passed around and high up in the search engines.

1. Branding: Getting your name known amongst your peers and on the internet. The better your article is the easier it will be for larger web sites to pick up and publish your article on their site or in their ezines. The more your web site or name is seen, the more you are remembered and of course, publication on a market leader is very helpful. Produce a quality, well designed, error free article and this reflects well upon your business.

2. Lead Generation: That oh so important resource or signature box. Hopefully your article will be so interesting that people will want to see your web site or join your ezine and look to the resource box to click on your web site link.

3. Promotion: Most people now know that links make a large contribution to your search engine rankings. Provided you add your web site URL to your signature box, as your article proliferates in major article databases as well as hopefully being published, then your links will grow. If you want people to be able to find your article or web site on the search engines, then make sure that there are some major key words in your article and particularly in the heading.

4. Information: The prime reason why people search for and visit web sites is to find out stuff. Your article should be answering this need. Research your market well and look at forums to see the kind of questions people are asking, what they are searching for and most importantly how you can answer them in your article.

Strategy: Of course your article is not going to be read and passed around if it is never opened in the first place. Make sure that you have a catchy and memorable headline, full of keywords and compelling to open. When your future publisher or customer looks down at a list of potential articles – it is the headline and short summary that will catch their eye. Make sure your’s stands our. The more key words that are in the headline and summary – the higher up the search engines it will go.

A well written, well researched article will be sought after, passed around and remembered – which is why your wrote it really I guess!

The Easiest Way to Create Articles – Public Domain!

by Bueford Copeland

There are many webmasters that find writing articles for their site to be a very tedious task. Many people who need to write articles also procrastinate as much as they can to delay the amount of writing they need to do. Many people dread writing articles because they find researching for the topic and writing down original materials will be too taxing on them.

You need to have your creative juices flowing and simply downloading an article would be plagiarism or tantamount to stealing, not exactly. Have you ever heard about public domain? These are articles written down by many authors that have declared their works to be public domain, which means anybody can use it for whatever purpose they want.

While most authors would prefer to copyright their work for their rights, there are also a number who doesn’t mind sharing their work. Public domain articles are not owned by anybody and can be used and abused by anyone. The writers have waived their rights to their works and it is out there for the public to make use of.

You can use public domain articles in helping you write your articles. With the public domain articles you can simply edit them to your own style and rewrite them as you please to make it suitable for your needs. All the ideas are there already and its just a matter of finding the write article with the topic or subject you need.

This is probably the easiest way to write articles. You don’t need to scour around the library or the internet for hours for information and start an article from scratch. For webmasters who are looking for articles to fill their site and to generate a high ranking for their website in search engine results, they can just modify the article by infusing keywords and keyword phrases related to their site.

A webmaster or website operator do not risk any chance of getting sued for copyright infringement because they are public domain, once again meaning that anybody can use it. Writing articles by using public domain wont require as much work as writing one from scratch would. You save a lot of time also.

One good factor in using public domain articles for your site or for any project is that you save a lot of money. You dismiss the need to hire experienced and seasoned writers that some website operators use to write their articles. While a single five hundred worded article would only set you down 10 to 15 dollars, this cost will drastically increase when you need hundreds of articles to fill the needs of your site.

For those who needs articles to generate newsletters or an e-zine, public domain articles will be very beneficial. You do not need to count on your contributors or pay writers to write down articles for your newsletter or e-zine. You can fill all the pages without any cost or the worry of being sued and sought after by the writers. You can simply copy the articles and place them on your newsletter and e-zine.

Public domain articles are a virtual untapped resource that many people fail to realize the true value. The power of articles, keywords and keyword phrases have been deemed invaluable these past few years for many internet based businesses and sites that want to rank high in search engine results.

The number of article and content writers have grown significantly due to the rise in the demand for articles. As newer and newer topics and subjects have arisen, there are many demands for new articles to be written. An industry has been formed and this is a worldwide demand.

Public domain articles have given a great alternative for those who are cash strapped as well as do not have the time nor the skills to do their articles for themselves.

Searching for public domain articles is as easy as 1 – 2 – 3. You can search for them in search engines and do searches in many directories for the topic or subject that you need. Read them and simpy copy paste them to a word processing program and simply edit them to suit your needs.

5 Types of Article You Can Write

If you always write the same type of article then you are
probably limiting your chances of getting published. Look at
your favorite publications and you will see they print a variety
of types of article. Here are five of the most popular types.

The ‘How To’ Article

This is a very popular type of article, in which you tell the
reader how to do something. It could be how to build a garage,
how to write a book, how to sell a house, or how to clean tar
off a pair of trousers. These articles tend to be particularly
popular because people love to find out how to do something.

When writing how to do something, and if the sequence is
important, then it is a good idea to number each step. Remember
to keep your instructions simple, yet specific. And you could
even use a picture or illustration if the publication allows it.

The ‘List’ Article

The list article is an article that lists several related pieces
of information, and is one of the easiest types of article to
write. It could be “10 Ways To Save Money”, “5 Flowers to Plant
In April”, or “The Best 12 Places To Live In Canada”. A list
article should have:

• An introduction. • The list; each item may be a paragraph or
two. • A conclusion.

The ‘Roundup’ Article

In the roundup article, you provide a roundup of information,
statements, or opinions from a variety of sources. You might
interview a number of experts, for example, and ask them the
same list of questions. In your article you then write a roundup
of the answers, e.g.

“Bill Jones, CEO of SHJ Limited, is confident that the market
will turn around soon. “Within the next six weeks at most”, he
predicted. But Tom Sloane, at Pickwick Associates, disagrees. He
explains why…”

The 'Inspirational' Article

Inspiration articles include inspirational narrative, essays,
articles on faith and religion, and self-help articles.

Do you know of an issue or concern that affects many people?
Think of your own every day experiences. Write about the issue…
and help the readers to deal with life and to improve themselves
in some way.

The ‘As Told To’ Article

Because many of the people who have outstanding experiences are
not writers, there is a market for writing those people’s
stories. This is quite similar to ghostwriting, except that in
this case the audience knows that you are the writer. In the
credits, you would show “By Peter Wallace [subject], as told to
Jim Davies…” [writer].

Instead of writing a third-person narrative of the event, the
‘As Told To’ article makes the tale more real and personal by
using the first-person.

So next time you are about to write an article, pause… and ask
which type of article would best suit your situation and topic.
By varying the types of articles you write your writing will
also develop a new depth and your articles will be picked up by
a much wider variety of publications.
